Floor Plan Customizing and
Custom Packages
Many other builders only allow you to choose options for the already included features of the home – carpet color, paint color, fixtures, etc., but will not allow for modfications to their existing floor plan designs. At Ameron we know that everyone has different needs and styles. Having the right foundation to start with for your home is the most important feature. Where other builders say no, we are ready with our designers to add that closet, move that wall, or any other design idea you may have. We look forward to working with you to build the perfect house – for YOU!
OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
There are many optional add-ons that you may be considering – for safety, security, comfort or value. Some of the most popular we see are: secondary driveways, additional walkways, screened garages, irrigation, whole-house generators, custom electrical panels (RVs, portable generator, hot tub connections, etc), sheds, and more. Considering these during the planning process can be crutial in determining the size of lot needed, how to situate the home on the lot and sometimes, which homes might be best suited in the bigger plan.
POOLS AND HOT TUBS
We work with great local companies to bring the backyard of your dreams to life – whether it is an intimate hot tub for two or an elaborate deck with a cascading waterfall pool or anything in between. Building backyard features is best done at the same time of the house construction, but if you see a pool or hot tub later in your future, let us know during planning phases – it is important for us to know that possibility as we develop the lot plan for the house.
SMART HOMES
If the idea of a smart home interests you, we can incorporate as much or as little smart technology as you would like, based on your comfort level. From lights to doors, thermostats to USB outlets, appliances and security – we can increase the IQ level of your home to your perfect score!
BLUEPRINT MODIFICATIONS
Blueprint modifications involve time and effort to ensure structural integrity, code requirements are met and living comfort, convenience and safety are upheld. All prices are based on our existing pre-drawn and engineered blueprints. There will be additional charges for modified drawings. If you have questions regarding this, please inquire with us as we work together on your plans.
CUSTOM BUILDING
Sometimes the needs you have may not fit into any of our existing floor plans, sometimes the home of your dreams has very unique features. We are ready to listen to what you are envisioning for your home and work with you on a custom built home. We start with your ideas and work together starting with a blank page.
